Terms of Use

WhiskerDairy (Android app and web app) · Effective October 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of WhiskerDairy, a pet-care app for tracking pets, medications, vaccinations, vet visits, notes, expenses and reminders. It is operated by Navicore Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use WhiskerDairy.
Tell us promptly at support@whiskerdairy.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

2. Not veterinary advice

WhiskerDairy is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It does not provide veterinary, medical or dietary advice, and nothing in the app is a substitute for a qualified veterinarian. Always consult a vet about your pet's health, medication doses and vaccination schedules. Reminders and summaries are aids only; check important dates and doses yourself.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add (pet profiles, records, photos, notes, expenses and reminders).
You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload anything unlawful, harmful or that infringes someone else's rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or probe, disrupt or overload the service;
reverse engineer, scrape or copy the app or its servers, except where the law allows it;
use the app to send spam or for any unlawful purpose.

5. Availability and changes

WhiskerDairy is an early-stage service. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or temporarily unavailable, for example during maintenance or because of our hosting providers. We may update or remove features. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

6. Ending your use

You can stop using the app at any time and permanently delete your account and data from the app (Settings → Account actions → Delete account) or by following the steps on the account deletion page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that stored data will never be lost.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from missed or incorrect reminders, reliance on information in the app, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above, and for material changes we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless the law of your country gives you mandatory rights to a different forum.
