Delete your WhiskerDairy account

Option 1 — Delete inside the app (immediate)
- Open WhiskerDairy and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Under Account actions, tap Delete account.
- Confirm Delete permanently.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer open the app, email support@whiskerdairy.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject Delete my WhiskerDairy account. We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your login (email and password credentials)
- All pets, medications, vaccinations, vet visits, notes, weight entries, expenses and reminders
- Pet photos and vaccine card images uploaded through the app
- Any pending family-sharing invitations that used your email address
What may be kept
Backups held by our hosting providers may retain deleted data for a limited period before they are overwritten. We do not use deleted data for any other purpose.
